Don’t Let Me

When we believe God uses everything that enters our life, we receive it differently. When we grow to trust His plan over our own, we know peace that surpasses understanding. When we have come to the end of living life for self and have committed it all to Him and for His glory, we have found the heart of God and will be as surefooted as a deer.

For who is God, but the LORD? And who is a rock, except our God, The God who girds me with strength And makes my way blameless? He makes my feet like hinds’ feet, And sets me upon my high places. He trains my hands for battle, So that my arms can bend a bow of bronze. You have also given me the shield of Your salvation, And Your right hand upholds me; And Your gentleness make me great. You enlarge my steps under me, And my feet have not slipped.” Psalm 18:31-36, NASB

It is so easy to let down my shield and grow weary of the battle, but my heart’s desire is to grow in all aspects of what God desires to do in and through me. So, my aim will be to observe a fast each Wednesday. My prayer is to be strong in the LORD and in the strength of His might! Some days, that is a tall order! Thankfully, I have a bigger God!

Use me, Lord
Don’t let me waste my mind
Use me, Lord
Don’t let me waste my time
Fill me, Lord
Let my will be lost in Thine
Use me, Lord
In my life
