Let me share how difficult it has been participating in a “no dairy, no sugar” fast while at a Church Mission Conference. If you are not familiar with church fellowships, let me give you a snapshot—Delicious looking Desserts are served after each meal. Cookies are passed in front of my face. Donuts 🍩 of all varieties line the trays for easy access. Cokes and sweet tea are readily available. And tonight’s fellowship finale after the service will include pie and ice cream!

I can hardly believe the words that come out of my mouth as they are offered to me, “No, thank you!” 😂🤣

But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit . . . Self-control . . . Since we are living by the Spirit . . . Let us not become . . . jealous of one another.
