Here we are at Day 11 of the 31 day “Cry Out” Challenge through the ministry of Revive Our Hearts! I have enjoyed reading each challenge thus far, and of course, passing along to you my perspective and admonishment for you to hop on board and pray!
I urge you to keep pleading for our families, our churches, and our country as we move toward a very important season for our Nation, and ultimately, for our world!
I encourage you this evening, to spend time in fellowship with our loving Heavenly Father provided through the sacrificial offering of His Son, Christ Jesus, and meditate on these verses from Romans 8.
(1) There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. (14) For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. (17) . . . heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him. (18) For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. (28) And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. (35) Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? (37) No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
Romans 8, ESV
Are you “crying out” as a conqueror or as someone defeated?
