This month of “no dairy, no sugar” has been super! and I would say, my best “fast” yet! While my writing daily is completed, my restrictions for my fast will continue until Easter, April 17. That Sunday will be a huge celebration of worshipping our resurrected Lord and breaking my fast with cheesecake (requested by my husband).

Throughout this journey, the Lord’s faithfulness has been so sustaining. Reading the Bible while pondering truth each day to write a post has refocused my heart, and my prayers have realigned with the heart of God. I am thankful for the discipline that sitting at His feet brings. There really is no greater joy than to walk with Him daily tasting something sweeter than honey!

It is so true the Word of God is far sweeter than honey and the drippings of the honeycomb (Psalm 19:10).
